For the card layout, I cut out a big circle in the middle and used a hill die to create the look of waves. I stamped the
Swans on a white sheet of paper and fussy cut to be glued to be swimming on the waves. The two Fairy Background Papers used are
Blue Lagoon and
Coral Reef. I then added splatter with my distress sprays in purple and gray to pull the card all together.
