 Hello and welcome to the Fairy Hugs Store Blog.

Who doesn't love reindeers?  Well this FH Leaping Reindeer is exquisite.  I stamped him directly on the card across the moon as he is flying FH Jada home on Christmas Eve.  Lampost Canes help light the way as does his red nose.  FH Jada was colored and then fussy cut - she fit perfectly on the Leaping Reinder.

Fairy Hugs - With Love at Christmas

 Hello and welcome to the Fairy Hugs Store Blog.

I wanted a simple card so I chose to create the background using the FH Holly Stalks.  I repeatedly stamped them across the panel.   Using several of the FH Fancy Birds, I stamped them on the FH Holly Stalks.  As I had space in the lower corner, I stamped one of the FH Bunnies so he appeared to be looking at the birds.  The sentiment was stamped directly on the panel in black ink and I finished by adding liquid pearls to the berries.

 Who's Your Best Friend?

When I saw Zuli from the newest release of FH stamps, I knew I had to bring him into my stash of FH dragons!

In this scene, Zakar and Zuli are best friends with the most appropriate sentiment from my stash....

I was experimenting with pigment powders straight on watercolor papers as backgrounds.  Wasn't sure what to do with so much red in this background but I think it works with this scene.

Zakar was colored in silver and Zuli in gold with glitter pens and Prismacolor pencils.

Fairy Hugs - Arabella

  Hello everyone and Happy Thursday!! 

Let's see what we can make using Fairy Hugs Store supplies! 

I am using Fairy Hugs - Arabella

To create this card, i started out with the new Fairy Hugs paper called - Galaxy.

I added a bit more Distress Oxide ink - Faded Jeans to the bottom of the paper to give more "snow", by using torn paper as a mask.

Every thing else was stamped in VersaFine Clair Ink - Nocturne and embossed with clear embossing powder.

I used a white and gold gel pen for highlights and an orange pencil for the candle flame.

Today I wanted to share my latest Fairy Hugs creation...

I thought it would be fun to use the new singing fairies - Harmony, Melody and Viola on a slimline card and here's how it turned out. I stamped the Holly Stalks onto the brown window panel using Green Oasis VFC ink then added a bit of Currant Fairy Hugs Powder to all of the little holly berries. It was a bit time consuming but so worth it don't you think?  Each of the fairies was stamped on cream panels and embossed using Glossy Embossing Powder. These panels were affixed to the back of the holly stamped window panel, matted on green cardstock then affixed to a brown card panel.

 Hello and welcome to the Fairy Hugs Store Blog.

Who wouldn't love to live in this FH Pinecone House?  It's so pretty and I wonder what the interior is like!  Surrounding the house are some FH Lampost Canes all aglow in the night.  FH Hanging Snowflakes adorn the top of the card.  I wanted to add a walkway from the house so I masked the front steps and used the FH Stone Walkway to add the walkway.

Today I wanted to share my latest Fairy Hugs creation...

I love using the Wreath Builder stamp set, it is so very versatile as you can see here. I used two of the stamps to create these lovely pine branches. I then added the squirrel family who look like they are having fun playing with Jade.  This is another new release Fairy Hugs Background that you will find so fun to use!
