For today's share, I created a wee envelope perfect for a little note and/or a gift card.  I absolutely adore the new Condo Dwellers fairy images--they are perfect for just about every project imaginable.  I added muted color with pencils.  Do you see the sweet fairy stamped on the envelopes flap below?

Fairy Hugs Jayla Catching Snow

Hi and welcome back to Fairy Hugs!  It's hard to believe it is December already!  But don't you worry we have all of your Holiday and Winter crafting needs taken care of.

Be sure to subscribe to the Fairy Hugs emails on the side bar, to stay up to date with new products and events.

Joy here today sharing a winter inspired card featuring the Fairy Hugs, Jayla and Fairy Lily stamps to make a fun snowy night time scene!  I just love catching snow, and it looks like Jayla does too!  Did you ever do that as kid, or kid at heart?
Let's take a quick look...

I started this card by blending Distress Oxide inks in the colors, Seedless Preserves, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, and Tumbled glass to get that wintry night time sky.   I stamped Jayla, using a stamping platform and Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.  Jayla was then embossed with clear embossing powder.   To add a touch of whimsy I glittered her up with Plum Glitter Powder.  I then stamped the Fairy Lily several times and embossed them with Fine Detail White embossing powder.   My final touch was to add falling snow with a white gel pen.
Very simple to make, but darling.

For more inspiration and to share your makes with us, please visit our Fairy Hugs Facebook Group Page!  We'd love to see what you are up to!!!

This stamp collection was featured on Hochanda TV on October 6th at 10am!

Today I wanted to share my latest Fairy Hugs creation...

Oscar is one of my favorite Fairy Hugs stamps. He is just so versatile and lends himself very well when thinking of Steampunk creations. He works very well in this Steampunk style shaker card don't you think? I believe he's playing hide and go seek with everyone in the submarine.

How to create this card:

1. Spritz a card panel with blue spray ink.
2. Stencil seaweed over the blue panel.
3. Stamp Oscar on the panel using VersaFine Clair Nocturne.
4. Add highlights to Oscar with a white acrylic paint pen.
5. Run various colors of Rinea Foiled Paper through a riveted panel embossing folder and cut into individual pieces.
6. Assemble the metal pieces on a piece of cardstock and adhere to a black card blank.
7. Diecut porthole and assemble a shaker component, fill with micro beads and adhere the stamped panel to the back of the shaker sealing in the micro beads.
8. Attach the shaker porthole to the card.

Enjoy!

Fairy Sitting Under the Moon Light

Welcome  to the Fairy Hugs Store Blog. It is me, Liv, and today it is my turn to share my most recent project with you. Please become a follower by signing up in the side bar!  If you would like to get the Fairy Hugs Store newsletter via email with updates please visit the Fairy Hugs Store and sign up using the pop-up Window.

For the card layout, all I really needed was to work with this fantastic background from Fairy Hugs called Moon Light. I stamped the mushroom first and then stamped the Fairy, Azalea, to sit upon the mushroom stamp called ToadstoolI then added splatter with my distress sprays in purple and green to pull the card all together.

Hope you all enjoyed this card. Be sure to keep checking out the website for all of the new monthly release images on the way.  If you are interested in enjoying more fun with Fairy Hugs, please stop by and join our Facebook Group, Fairy Hugs Store, where you can share your creations.

Fairy Hugs - Oliver and Dancing Mushrooms

Fairy Hugs Store  has their own line of stamps, paper, glitter and ink!

And NOW they have Fairy Hugs Stencils!

Today i would love to share Fairy Hugs Stencil - Woody!

So this is what i did to create this card:
First, i inked up the card base layer with Distress Oxide - Scattered Straw.
Then i layed the Fairy Hugs Stencil - Trees on top and inked the background with Distress Oxide - Speckled Egg, Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans.  Now i have a perfect background for stamping!
I stamped Fairy Hugs - Dancing Mushrooms with VersaFine Clair - Pinecone.
I also stamped Fairy Hugs - Oliver (owl) with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne.
Because VersaFine Clair stays wet a bit longer i was able to heat emboss the mushrooms and owl at the same time with Nuvo Fine Embossing Powder - Clear.
Just to make the stamps "pop" more i use a white gel pen and outlined each one and colored in some of the circles in the mushrooms.  I thought the sky needed some stars so i added white gel dots.
I put the card layer on top of a Fairy Hugs Background paper - Under the Sea

A third project to share with this fun little guy.  I just love his silhouette; can't you hear him grunting through his options beneath the smiling moon?  It's as if his thoughts are floating about him, tickling the moon's ear just so.
