 Hello and welcome to the Fairy Hugs Store Blog.

Who doesn't need a birthday card?  Well pull out your FH stamp and create a one of a kind birthday card.  I've used FH Birthday Wishes, opting to stamp it directly over the largest FH Clover.  It made for a nice focal point on my card which was created from several layers of dies and ribbons.

Fairy Hugs - Deer, Baby Announcement or welcome card

Hello everyone and Happy Monday!! 

Let's see what we can make using Fairy Hugs Store supplies! 

I am using Fairy Hugs - Deer

 To make this card, I started out with We Are 3 Digital Paper - Circle Pastels. Before I started to stamp I cut out a card stock circle and masked off the circle on the paper.  I used Distress Oxide Ink - Salvaged Patina to make a halo around the circle. Next I stamped the Fairy Hugs Deer with VersaFine Clair Ink - Nocturne and embossed with fine clear embossing powder. Then I stamped the sentiment and embossed with fine gold embossing powder. The Chinese Lantern stem is stamped with VersaFine Clair Ink - Morning Mist and embossed with fine clear embossing powder. I used one of the Fairy Hugs - Condo Dwellers 2 and also embossed with fine clear embossing powder. I colored in the Chines Lantern "blooms" that look like hearts with pink.  I used a blue gel pen to the dots on the deer.  Keep in mind if you want this to be a baby card announcement or a welcome baby card you could color in the spots on the deer the color of the babies gender or you could color in the hearts pink or blue.

Fairy Hugs - Fairy Nest

 Hello and welcome to the Fairy Hugs Store Blog.

Have you seen the new Fairy Hugs release?  It's an amazing collection of stamps.  I've used Solara and added color to her wings.  Solara is a larger fairy so I have her standing and reaching toward the Fairy Nest asking her friends to come out and play.  The Fairy Nest was cut apart and reassembled, then  hung on Ania's Tree.  Sparkle Dust is fluttering from the Fairy Nest as Solara shakes it.  A few birds are flying off the card.

This background was done using Pigment powders on watercolor paper and then spritzed with water.  Very little coloring was done using Prismacolor pencils.

I am using Fairy Hugs - Bryla

This is one of my favorite cards because there are several new Fairy Hugs stamps i really like.  The Fairy Hugs - Morel (mushrooms) is one of my favorites and Fairy Hugs - Bryla! 

I am using a We Are 3 Digital Paper - Canvas Scenes for the background.  I added the moon halo by using a cardstock circle and some Distress Oxide Ink.

All of the stamps are stamped with VersaFine Clair Ink - Nocturne and embossed with clear embossing powder. I have also used colored pencils to coloring the Morel mushrooms, bunny nest, Bluebell flowers and Bryla's wings.

Fairy Hugs - Peacock

 It has been a fun week sharing Fairy Hugs with you!

I am using Fairy Hugs - Peacock

Another simple card to create!  I started with We Are 3 Digital Paper - Circle Pastels.  I made a mound for the peacock to stand on by tearing some paper and using Distress Oxide Ink - Faded Jeans. 

Next, i added some extra layers to the middle circle by using a cardboard circle and using Distress Oxide Ink. I did that twice using a larger circle for the second "halo".

Next, i did some stamping and embossing with clear embossing powder.

Each stamp is stamped with VersaFine Clair Ink - Nocturne.  Then it is embossed with Fine Clear embossing powder.  I used colored pencil to outline the peacock feathers.

Fairy Hugs - Gathering The Clover by Roni Johnson

Today I wanted to share my latest Fairy Hugs creation featuring a stamp from the newest release - Clovers. Living on a farm and raising hay clover is always a joyous site and it smells ever so sweet when it is turned into hay. While the clover we raise is purple I decided to take a bit of creative license and stamp it blue....

Fairy Hugs Stamps used: Clovers, Bees, Birthday Wishes

It was stamped multiple times using a stamp positioner and various shades of VersaFine Clair blues which were then embossed with sparklie embossing powder. I then stamped the sentiment and bees, added a bit of glitter to the bee wings and finally flicked on blue and yellow watercolor paint over the background.

Fairy Hugs Stamps used: Clovers, Fifi, Who You Are sentiment

On this card I stamped the clover in a more realistic color scheme. This is what I see out in our fields...it seems to be very appealing as it has drawn Fifi in for a bit of rest and relaxation.

I created this card by taping off a 1 3/4" strip in the center of the card. I then stamped the clover multiple times using Charming Pink and Purple Delight VersaFine Clair ink for the clover flower and Green Oasis for the foliage. After the ink had dried I sponged on a bit of Paradise blue.  I then removed the tape and stamped the sentiment and FiFi using Nocturne ink.  This panel was mounted on a piece of black cardstock and a blue card base.

Such a sweet image.  I love this Fairy Hugs - Bird Nest.  This is a fun and quick card to stamp!

First, i used some We Are 3 Digital Paper - Canvas Scenes. Then i stamped Fairy Hugs - Bird Nest, Frilly Branches, Sunrise Sunset sentiment, and Ducks.

I added the "sun" background by cutting out a cardboard circle and using Distress Oxide Ink - Faded Jeans to make a "halo".

Fairy Hugs - Dancing on the Seed Pods

 Hello and welcome to the Fairy Hugs Store Blog.

When I first saw Trixie, Dixie and Pixie, I fell in love with their cheeky attitudes!  It seems like they can believe they can do anything so I stamped the Seed Pods and had they playing atop them.  I inked the background then used the Galaxy Stencil to add stars randomly around the girls.  Using the same color as the Seed Pods, I stamped some Flutter Dust around the Seed Pods.
