Fairy Hugs - Fairy Sitting Under the Moon Light

Welcome  to the Fairy Hugs Store Blog. It is me, Liv, and today it is my turn to share my most recent project with you. For the card layout, all I really needed was to work with this fantastic background from Fairy Hugs called Moon Light. I stamped the mushroom first and then stamped the Fairy, Azalea, to sit upon the mushroom stamp called ToadstoolI then added splatter with my distress sprays in purple and green to pull the card all together.

Hope you all enjoyed this card. Fairy Hugs - Oliver and Dancing Mushrooms

Fairy Hugs Store  has their own line of stamps, paper, glitter and ink!

And NOW they have Fairy Hugs Stencils!

Today i would love to share Fairy Hugs Stencil - Woody!

So this is what i did to create this card:
First, i inked up the card base layer with Distress Oxide - Scattered Straw.
Then i layed the Fairy Hugs Stencil - Trees on top and inked the background with Distress Oxide - Speckled Egg, Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans.  Now i have a perfect background for stamping!
I stamped Fairy Hugs - Dancing Mushrooms with VersaFine Clair - Pinecone.
I also stamped Fairy Hugs - Oliver (owl) with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne.
Because VersaFine Clair stays wet a bit longer i was able to heat emboss the mushrooms and owl at the same time with Nuvo Fine Embossing Powder - Clear.
Just to make the stamps "pop" more i use a white gel pen and outlined each one and colored in some of the circles in the mushrooms.  I thought the sky needed some stars so i added white gel dots.
I put the card layer on top of a Fairy Hugs Background paper - Under the Sea

I have used the following Fairy Hugs Products:

A third project to share with this fun little guy.  I just love his silhouette; can't you hear him grunting through his options beneath the smiling moon?  It's as if his thoughts are floating about him, tickling the moon's ear just so.

I have used the following Fairy Hugs Products:

Tarwep

Happy Moon

Blue Lagoon Background

I'm so glad you joined us today for another fun project from Fairy Hugs!   This moon lives up to his name as I smile every time I see him.   Let's take minute to dream over this moon!

I intentionally made this a 5x7inch card, as I couldn't bare cutting up the beautiful Fairy Hugs Background- Moon Glow Grayscale.  I think the Happy Moon looks perfect in the moon glow. You will noticed I slightly double stamped it to get a bit more shadow and he heat embossed it with clear powder.  I colored the happy moon with a yellow copic marker, but made sure to go gentle around the embossing as to not ruin my marker or make the pigment ink blur.   You will notice Azalea dreaming in all of her glory.   She was stamped and heat embossed with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, and her wings colored with gel pens.   Finally the Dancing Mushrooms were added to the ground and highlighted with a white gel pen.  I matted the card with silver glitter card stock and added that to a black card base.

Fairy Hugs just had a New Release which includes stamps, stencils and new Fairy Hugs Powder Glitter!  Today I wanted to share my latest Fairy Hugs creation...

Starla is demonstrating the proper way to create a lovely cascade of Stardust to her little fairy pupils. After all, it's all in the wrist!

To create this card I started off by applying ink over the new Woody stencil over an inky background.

Next I stamped Starla, Condo Dwellers (mini fairies), Stardust and the Fern Leaves over the panel.

Once all of the inks had dried, I added loads of sparklie details using Fairy Hugs Powder which you can see very good in the photo below.

So much fun to be had in Fairy Land!

Fairy Hugs Floating Swans

Welcome  to the Fairy Hugs Store Blog. It is me, Liv, and today it is my turn to share my most recent project with you. Please become a follower by signing up in the side bar!  If you would like to get the Fairy Hugs Store newsletter via email with updates please visit the Fairy Hugs Store and sign up using the pop-up Window.

For the card layout, I cut out a big circle in the middle and used a hill die to create the look of waves. I stamped the Swans on a white sheet of paper and fussy cut to be glued to be swimming on the waves. The two Fairy Background Papers used are Blue Lagoon and Coral Reef. I then added splatter with my distress sprays in purple and gray to pull the card all together.

Hope you all enjoyed this card. Be sure to keep checking out the website for all of the new monthly release images on the way.  If you are interested in enjoying more fun with Fairy Hugs, please stop by and join our Facebook Group, Fairy Hugs Store, where you can share your creations.
