I had great fun making this card.  Using one of the new Fairy Hugs background papers made it so easy.....

After using sparkly white embossing powder on the main Wiggles, silver embossing powder on the sentiment, and some bronze powder on the anchor, I stamped the rest of the image in white.  I was so impressed with the thickness of the paper and how pretty it is that I didn't bother to frame this card.
