Today I wanted to share my latest Fairy Hugs creation...

The Snail Family is checking out their new neighbors and their brightly lit home. Of course some of her children are a bit more adventurous than she is.

The background was created by Sundance and Pine Lavinia inks being brayered onto a gel plate and flicked with diluted Brushos. A piece of bristol cardstock was then laid onto the gel plate and burnished and left to set a few seconds to allow the inks to soak in.

I then began stamping the various elements. The fern leaves were stamped using a variety of green VFC inks onto different shades of green cardstock and embossed with clear sparkle glitter. The snails were stamped onto kraft cardstock using Pinecone VFC ink.  Finally the Toad Stool house was stamped using a stamping platform with each section being stamped in different colored inks for a more dynamic image.  All of these elements were fussy cut and adhered to the paper.

The panel was matted and affixed to an orange card base.
